Students receive the Study Without Stress workbook, which features exercises and tools specifically designed to enhance their HSC study skills and address academic stress throughout the program.

Catherine Lowe is a psychologist with 20 years of experience supporting young people in managing study stress. She worked as a school psychologist in the independent school sector for over 15 years, where she focused on enhancing HSC study skills. Catherine was part of the team at Macquarie that developed and evaluated the 'Study without Stress' program. Her research on academic stress and the effectiveness of the 'Study without Stress' program has been published in scientific journals.
